I loved the excellent hotel facilities like the SPA, underground garage, and ski room. The staff was nice and accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and had everything I needed. Additionally, this hotel was located in a very lovely location.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at a hotel with impeccable facilities. Located in a serene environment, it provided just the right amount of solace. the apartment was spacious and well-furnished, providing comfort to both kids and adults. the spa was a welcome relief after hitting the ski slopes. the ski room was well-equipped for our snow gear. the staff was very accommodating and served us tasty breakfast. We enjoyed the gorgeous view from our room and were impressed with the underground garage.
There was a slight communication barrier as the staff had difficulty speaking English.

The facilities at the hotel were great! the apartment was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. the location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and to some of the best attractions in the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
One of the biggest issues was the difficulty we had communicating with the reception staff.

Our Xmas stay at this hotel granted us access to some excellent facilities that we enjoyed. The SPA was top-notch, and the underground garage and ski room were conveniently located. We also appreciated the stunning scenic views that complemented our spacious apartment.
We found that the language barrier was a significant issue with the reception staff. As non-native speakers, it was frustrating to communicate with the front desk staff, especially with the boss, who couldn't speak English at all.
